Dr. H. Shantharam, the Administrative Officer of Academy of General Education, Manipal, released annual college bulletin "Vijaya". College principal Prof. KR Shankar, PU college principal Pameda Begum, editor Prof. Jayaram Bappanadu, college association president Shodhan Shetty and others were present.
Prof. Jayaram Bappanadu welcomed the guests and thanked all contributors of the bulletin. Prof. Shailaja Etadka, Kannada department head, gave introductory speech.
